Thanks a lot for the advice.   I am going to check with the University of 
Michigan Neurology Center to find a recommended Neurologist.   I think that 
they can help me out, since I live within a reasonable driving distance from 
Ann Arbor.   All the replies, and advice that I have received will help me 
out immensely.
