of course, it is terrible what happens to our loved ones and other of the
most vulnerable people near the end of their lives. if we were able to pay
staff good salaries and only hire qualified people this tragedy wouldn't
occur nearly as often.
as someone who has focused on elder abuse for the last many years, i can only
say we all have to make our voices heard and demand better care...the folks
they hire could make more at burger king thus resenting the things we know to
be most important. tragedy is an understament. my sympathies to you carole.
