This is not new info, by the way. Most of the PD drugs have a similar
effect. In fact, giving exogeous testosterone also helps PD patients. I
remember eading a scientific article on viagra taken about
2 mg/day actually retards progression of PD. I am trying to locate that
atrticle. I shall post it when I find it.
There is an old hypothesis about "SELFISH DNA. " According to this, we all
live to propagate our DNA! When our reproductive life ends, there is no use
of us living any more; therefore, the body self-destroys slowly. That is
another reason that we should keep an active life including our sex life, if
one wants to live a healthy and long life.
