You are some woman, Jo Ann!   Anyone who attacks the aged, disabled, etc.,
needs to be put away.  Not everyone has the presence of mind to gather such
pertinent information!   You really know how to react in a personal
emergency!

You are to be admired for your courage and your resourcefulness!
