I should mention that I am almost 45, have had stiffness and tremor in my non
dominant right hand for about 7 years.   I take Mirapex, Sinemet and CoQ10,
and get an accupuncture treatement and massage every 3 weeks.   My symptoms are
very well managed, and   I am happy to say that I am as healthy as I have
ever been.   I walk 2 miles in the hills almost every morning.
