Bob   Your advice is usually ironclad, but I had the cogwheel effect in my
shoulder before I had a tremor in my thumb/fingers.   MY shoulder would
cogwheel whenever I went swimming and moved it in the overhead stroke.
Approimately 6 montht to a year later, my finger tremor developed.   Bob
