  I find myself caught in a classic catch 2 situation.  In the morning, I need 
to take my first sinemet pill in order to function (swallowiing included).  The 
problem is I can't swallow that first pill without the benefit of sinemet.

  I thought a sinemet patch might be the answer, but it's not yet available.  
Does anyone on the list have any suggestions?
