I wish that it were that simple, Joao.  Having seen a 12-week fetus (removed
from the uterus for therapeutic reasons) struggle for 15 minutes or so before
dying makes a pretty strong impression towards the position that a fetus is a
human being.

As to the issue of "pre-implantation stem cells", there is room for legitimate
discussion in that instance.  My objections deal with "viable" fetuses, and the
"viability" is changing very quickly these days.
