I can't believe that in the 21st century we are even having this argument.

People who oppose therapeutic cloning on the grounds that it amounts to the
murder of a human being should be storming in vitro clinics like they do
abortion clinics.  They've done a good job of confusing the issue with 
abortion.  So
if they want to play that game they should propose a penalty, like death or
life in prison, for any woman who has had an abortion, and their feet should be
held to the fire about all those extra in vitro embryos.   I  ask you, where
have they been all these years that this has been going on?

The abortion of a fetus is problematic; therapeutic cloning is not.  What is
next, social security numbers for eggs and sperm?

Anybody who thinks this present Republican Party is your parents'  GOP is
sadly misinformed.  Just saw on TV today, how really divided people are
politically because of "values".
