Re: Continuing care facilities

The (former) United Parkinson Foundation published a booklet years ago
called Day Care, Home Care and Beyond. It provides guidelines on how to
find, what to ask, what to look for (and hopefully what not to find) when
checking out facilities that provide care to patients. Copies are still
available at the Chicago office of the Parkinson's Disease Foundation. For
anyone who wishes to receive a copy, please send a SASE (business size
envelope with 55c postage) to: 833 West Washington Boulevard, Chicago, Ill
60607. Just add a note that you wish a copy of our Day Care... booklet.
