when comparing these two formats one should factor in the bioavailability figures for each format trusting to memory approximately 90% of the dopa in a regular is bioavailable and about 75% of a cr is bioavailable this would account for some of the differences in the effectiveness of the two formats I also recall some postings by the late Alan Bonander about sinemet Alan's postings were VERY well done hope this doesn't muddy the water Anne Rutherford
