.........I find this now getting worse.....it's part of what's called
'slumping' but what is actually a malfunctioning of the back and upper
muscles causing me to lose control of the head area......the strain on
my face is getting hard to take and it's being felt more in my throat
causing a constriction.....all of this only when 'down/off'.it's worst
in evening.

        Any commiserators?
