Isn't the best thing to dump all the affected files after making sure they
are clean and reformat the hard drive? I never download off of any site that
isnt a well known site as msn or yahoo links.  I delete any files that are
not from known friends and any email is monitored by my isp and mcafee virus
scanner..It is important to have a regular schedule to upgrade any software
you use and to scan regularily all files too.. I have my fingers crossed
most of the time because others arent as careful as I am...:)
