Don, To get rid of that video bug, scroll down to CUSTOMER SERVICE and
follow directions. I had a heck of a time getting rid of it. the very last
thing was where I had my trouble. Hope I don't confuse you. The last thing
is,click on where it says address-hit backspace-type in your servers
address,like  your server and DO NOT FORGET TO HIT ENTER. I
kept forgetting to hit ENTER . Hope this helps!! Shirley
