I also have horrific leg cramps. Now are controlled with quinine
capsules 325 mg
,2caps at bedtime has eliminated the problem. i also drink lots of water
,at least 64oz a day. I am not a pwp, however do have degenerative disk
disease in my cervical and thorasic spin. causing severe nerve
impingement. Hope this clarifies the
question regarding quinine. In some states
it is an overcounter drug in others it is by
perscription only.
