Do not misinterpret the words "novel and does not have NIH
funding/backing".  The Parkinson Alliance Pro Seed Grant program
funds pilot projects that gather data needed as a basis for NIH
grant proposals. It has been commended by Dr. Gerald Fischback,
Director of National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
