Re: Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an exercise program. I have taken classes. I was introduced to this machine while visiting my nephew in Colorado. His wife has MS and like me is always researching alternative support. She had not received her machine yet, but had all the literature. I was skeptic since it was suppose to help so many different problems. I waited until she received her machine and she liked it so ordered one for us. We like it. The literature is full of information. It seems to have helped our son who is always having back problems. I have more energy. Don is using is for 15 minutes morning and night. Nothing dramatic, but I believe it can help and certainly not do any hard.
