Sinemet Progression/Dosing

i'm always amazed at the emails i read about how much or little Sinemet is
taken - but i rarely see anything about 1/2s or 1/4s of the tablets taken -

after 16+ years, my dad is only taking:

6A  1/4     Sinemet 25-100 *
                 * CRUSHED IN SPOON for quicker absorption - aides
in faster mobility
            1/2     CR 50-200
            1   Permax
            1   Tasmar
            1   Aspirin  ( = 1 baby aspirin)
            1   Liquid Theragram (taken w/ 1/4*)
                1        Florinef

9A          1/4 Sinemet 25-100**
            1/4 CR 50-200

11A     1   Tasmar
            1   Permax
            1   Zoloft

2P          1/4 Sinemet 25-100**
            1/4 CR 50-200
            1   Permax

5P          1/4 CR 50-200
            1/4 Sinemet 25-100 **
            1   Ditropan
                1    Florinef

**    1/4 Sinemet will be in the 9a, 2p and 5p
       time slots, but IF SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF DYSKENESIA,        DOES NOT
TAKE THE 1/4  SINEMET
