Starting from Janet's list (spin-off city), I have listed some 30+ discussion
sites.

Where available I have for each site a description as well as some usage
stats.
I know there is at least one more to list (PDF) and I need descriptions.

In particular I'm looking for contacts for the international sites.

I've posted the largish page at 
rather than send it to thee entire list.
