Re: Bad reaction to sinemet, info please

To Ron, Camilla and DR Romero all who replied to my mail.

I took the 1/2 25/100 sinemet with a light meal, chicken noodle soup and
some rice and beans. And water only to drink. No other drugs had been taken
that day. My tremor is now 4 1/2 years in progress. Not disabling but very
annoying and tiresome. Some muscle ache late in the day, is helped with a
ibuprofen with bedtime snack. Also an occasional Ativan for tempory relief
for a couple of hours.

Otherwise my health is good, and I am sleeping wwell although that is
tenuous at times.

When I developed the severely increased tremors I called my doctor and he
would only say that "sinemet is a difficult drug to take" He also said I may
have to go back to Artane, but I had a bad reaction to that drug also.

So I am rethinking my options for now. I hope I have answered all the
questions.

Thank you all again for the responses and information.
