Hi listmembers,

My rigid/tied hamstring is very uncomfortable especially when sitting on 
bus/chair. It is probably causing the discomfort of my knee during bedtime as 
well. Not sleeping well trying to easy the knee problem all night.

Anyone has similar problem and know how to relief the situation ?
