Hi Jackie & Bob,
I have no medical credentials. I am a mechanic who happens to have Parkinson's.
My opinion is just an opinion.  You asked for help.  I've seen little from the 
"pro's."

I read your post, looked up the monographs for the meds. Bob is taking,
and these are my thoughts on this matter.... There appears to be great
potential for serious negative interactions.  Compazine is contraindicated
for Parkinsonians.  Dalmane is contraindicated for continuous use.
With twelve meds. taken in combination I fear for the eventual result.

Get a second opinion from a movement disorder (Parkinson's) specialist
as soon as possible.  Time is of the essence here.  Do not wait.

Tell your prescriber or health care professional about all other medicines
that you are taking, including non-prescription medicines, nutritional 
supplements,
or herbal products. Also, tell your prescriber or health care professional if 
you are
a frequent user of drinks with caffeine or alcohol, if you smoke, or if you use
illegal drugs. These may affect the way your medicine works. Check with your
health care professional before stopping or starting any of your medicines.

Physicians using antidepressant and antipsychotic drug therapy should be aware
of the potential interaction and assess the risk-benefit profile of the 
specific medications.
