just wanted to let you all know that i'm waaaay behind in my reading of mail
(257 sitting there waiting to "be had"!) - but had a question -

i know the general rule is NOT to send attachments to the List, but since i
DO have some very easy to use, friendly forms - i'd like to share them -
thank you camilla and others...

question:  if any of you want to input them into your computer for use, what
format would you prefer?  Microsoft Works, WordPerfect or Microsoft
Spreadsheet?  I don't currently have Lotus or Excel loaded...

Let me know and I'll definitely get them sent out to you AND accessible via
Jeff's CARE pages...
