Re: falls, again

sorry about  falls. how can we prevent. i   have primarily motor difficulties
but most  postings seem re tremors.
i can't lift up my feet; they stick to floor even when feet bare. or i feel
like legs are rubber and sink down. any ideas? i seem to have less and less
up  time i can  count on w/sinemet.
