Just a thought, and if it's been brought up before I must have missed it.  What 
about contacting veteran organizations, National Guard units, Reserve units, 
and getting them to put some heat on Congress to increase funding for the 
Neurotoxin Exposure Treatment Program.  This may spur additional funding in a 
related field that will benefit PWP's.
