One of  the hardest parts of this disease has always been the acceptance
of the fact that I need help.  I have had PD for 22 years and  I still refuse
help if I can  possibly do things for myself.  I get up very early if I am
going
to have company because I don't want anyone to think that I need help. So,
there are many sides to this disease and we all have our own way of
dealing with it.
