Dear List Members:

Last week I posted a question for my father about movement disorder
specialists you might know who are located in Missouri--we live in Columbia
about midway between St. Louis and Kansas City.

Margie Swindler and another kind person responded with some very helpful
info, but by mistake I deleted the message sent about the Center for
Excellence in Kansas City and it also included two internet addresses where
I could get further info.  Would that person be so kind as to re-send that
information.  I'd truly appreciate it.
