Re: Wheat Grass Juice

I have a juicer (somewhere?) because I am fond of carrot juice etc. If you
plant a little wheat in a small (3 or 4 inch) planter. You can cut it when
it gets about 6 inches long. You put that into your juicer along with some
carrots and an apple, then "down the hatch". It's a good idea to "mow" the
grass down about 1/2 inch at a time. (they should call it "exlax grass")
Just a little bit is all you want to start with.

If it REALLY helps you, please let us know!
