Barbara has been getting regular (every 3-4 months) shots of Botox for her
eyes. This has been quite successful. She has had one for drooling -- also
with good success.

However, an attempt to help her neck flopping over was of no value. Neither
did it do any harm. As I understand the treatment there are no adverse
effects so it might be worth a try.
