Juanita, I was concerned as we put my Mother-in-law in a care facility today. They aren't called nursing homes any more, and she is really quite sharp. She is recovering from surgery for a bleeding ulcer at age 97. We almost lost her. Years ago I remember hearing that a person relinquished their rights upon entering a nursing home but that was about 25 years ago.
