I do not know about magnets, but maggots do clean up wounds
I had to walk very slowly to get to the patients. and then
to convince  the nurses  that maggots are actually useful
tools This was when I was an infection control nurse. I f
you want a really clean wound, just go get some flies  and
then the eggs will become maggots and clean that wound. Nita
