Irene, I wish I knew an answer for you. With me, it's muscle spasms in my back - to the point knots come up about the size of my fist, and I can't breath until they release a bit. I am going to try a new muscle relaxer next week - if it works I will let you know. Drs have no idea of causes or cures. Tonight is the third night this week it's hurt too bad to lay down, much less sleep.
