Barb M - Would you believe I just listed a townhouse that has a beautiful
courtyard, with pink flamingos?  Four of them.  I didn't know they could
fly this far.  When I saw them, I burst out laughing and my client
thought I was crazy.  I had fun explaining to him about the humor.  Best
