NON PD!!! Mastiff
I got so excited when I saw others talking about mastiffs. Chance is our second, & is a "rescue dog" so he has no papers. He is American Mastiff, so he does not drewl (yuk). I had a English Mastiff years ago that we showed. He was broader in the head and chest than Chance. When Legion (gone now) finished at the water bowl, his slobber would hang all of the 3 feet down to the ground & it would swing back and forth. Talk about "run for cover"! Mastiffs are perfect for PWP's, but they MUST be trained well. If they bump you, you know you've been bumped. Our handler showed Whippets, but made an exception for our dog. I loved the Whippets too, the two breads are perfect companions. David Meigs aka: Pappy davidmeigs@xxxxxxx
