oops- jacks meds

                 sorry last message sent before i finished
 i am trying to adjust jacks meds after neuro changed them and he got worse.
talking to
our local doctor i asked her if i could change some sinimet plain in place
of sinemet cr
as   he seems wiped out for quite a while after taking cr. she said try
substituting
 2-25/100 in place of the sinemet 50/200 andsee how it works.  right now his
meds are
               8am
> 2-  25/100 sinemet
   1-  comtan
    1-  senna+
             12 noon
    1-  50/200 cr   sinemet
     1- proscar
     1- senna*
               4pm
   2- 25/100  sinemet
   1- comtan
           8 pm
    1-  50/200  cr sinemet
    2-  2   senna+
   he seems to feel fine after 8 am dose  and the 4 pm dose   but is very
slow after noon meds
and in evening very sleepy.   does it make sense to just have him replace
the 2  50/200 cr
doses with  2     25/100  as i did with the  morning and 4 pm doses  and
stop all the  50/200 cr
as they don't seem to do him any good?
