hi all 1 weekend left and about 2 work weeks til NYC. Meds? Medical form updated, copies of insurance cards staple to med sheet allergies listed, times, meds wheelchair, walker , cane in order? cane tips, wheels, screws/bolts adjusted and tightened? snacks? water bottle? sports drink , ensure, sustical??- maybe clothing? fit? clean? broken in walking shoes? poise pads - where applicable:) fanny pack- pouch around ur waist cell phone for emergency? reconfirm flights and wheelchair/ golfcart at airport? extra set of med info for people u are with and leaving behind? funds? tickets ? confirm transportation to and from airport? Anything else please? nancy:)
