Murray,
It will take an Attorney or 3 to figure out what Brownback is trying
to prove.  Its a good thing both Senator Specter and Senator Harkin
are both Attorneys. By changing just one word in some of those
sentences it completely changes the meaning of the paragraph.
So what else is new??
