Sen. Brownback is probably immune to pain or suffering and no words is
likely going to open his heart to the people at large.  If the only way
to reach him on this subject is through the ballot, you must find ways
of convincing your friends and neighbors that his ilk is inimical to a
healthy couintry.  Boot him out of congress!!!
