I appreciate your comments, but I have full confidence in Dr. Linda Sigmund who 
has been written up as one of the top 100 Drs. in the Washington DC area.  At 
this stage I do believe that I should second guess this movement disorder 
specialist; the stakes are too high.  I believe that
this crisis was precipitated by one or both changes in the medication: (1) a 
change from regular Sinemet to CR, and (2) a change from Seroquel to Zyprexa; 
so we returned to pre-crisis conditions with significant reduction in the 
Sinemet and Permax.

PS Perhaps I do not know how to get info from PIEN, I tried but got minimum 
results.
