Michael J. Fox Auction to Benefit PD Research

Hello List Members!

FYI - On Wednesday, October 4^th there will be an on-line auction to benefit Parkinson?s research, with all proceeds from the auction going directly to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson?s Research.  We want to raise as much as possible to fund research to end this disease, so please help to get the word out! 

The auction will include over 300 items from Michael J. Fox?s television show, SPIN CITY.  There will be several sets from the show available (including the walls, props and furniture of character Michael Flaherty?s office at City Hall and his apartment), as well as Michael?s wardrobe.  All are from Michael?s four seasons in his Emmy winning role on the show. 

Michael will also be auctioning off an autographed script from the Pilot episode of SPIN CITY, as well as an autographed copy of his final episode on the show titled, ?Good Bye.?

The auction will be hosted by Amazon ( www.amazon.com ).  Interested collectors should log on to Amazon?s auction page and click on the link to the Michael J. Fox Featured Auction.  The auction will go on-line at 12:00a.m. (EST) Wednesday, October 4 and will run for two weeks.  The final bids will be accepted at 9:00p.m. (EST) Wednesday, October 18.  Items will be available for preview beginning Monday, October 2.  The auction can also be reached through a link from the Michael J. Fox Foundation website at www.michaeljfox.org.
