Hi Hilary,
You can "subscribe" to a service which notifies you of
upcoming clinical trials in a specified area of interest...
ie: Dyskinesias

The CenterWatch web site is dedicated to assisting patients
and their advocates learn about and identify ongoing clinical trials
seeking study volunteers.

The U.S. National Institutes of Health, through its National
Library of Medicine, has developed ClinicalTrials.gov to provide
patients, family members and members of the public current
information about clinical research studies

(hint: click on Resources)

What is a Clinical Trial? (varying views and info)

All the best .... murray
