DBS/STN

Pamme:

I am 60 yrs old and diagnosed 20 yrs ago. Major
symptoms were:
on/off
dyskinesia
freezing
rigidity
tremor
gait.

current symptoms: very mild leg tremor in one leg, and
also very mild dyskinesia in shoulder.

Meds prior to DBS 6-7 sinemet daily(25/100)
sinemet cr (50/200) at bedtime
3 Mirapex(1.5 mg) and 3 amantadine daily

currently 1/2 sinemet (25/100) twice daily
1/2 mirapex (1.5) daily
1 sinemet cr(25/100) daily
