HEY DON--- there's nothing wrong with you, and no one is outlawing you !
I guess this time of year folks are busy shopping and mailing Christmas
letters and baking cookies--whatever--please don't take it personally if
you don't get much mail  on a given day---and now people on the list are
back in a helping mode, just like you always are---keep on writing when you
feel like it, and we'll try to get back to you as often as we can!
