If Corrigan is NOT your neuro, you would be better off to check first with
your movement disorder specialist who might provide an agonist that works
for you.  Depression can be a normal sequence to Parkinson's, but Clinical
Depression is more serious and needs to be treated, and sometimes you might
need a psychiatrist.  If your intake of Sinemet is very regular, you might
be able to minimize the 'off' period by overlapping the doses by several
minutes.  The problem though often arises from everything else not being
equal, that is, you might have had a bite with more protein, or you had a
spat with someone, or...  You can see where this could lead. Your neuro
should be your first line of communication, and if he/she is not
satisfactory, seek someone else.
