Re: Mirapex Riluzole>syncope and sleep attacks

yes please see a cardiologist or one who specializes in syncope or
autonomic dysfunction. I have orthostatic hypotension BP drops at least
15-25 points upon sitting or standing, ect) and take my blood pressure
after laying down for 10 mins, the sitting for 2 mins, then after
standing . I have someone with me when I do all three and write it for
me along with my pulse. I am suppose to do this the same time everyday,
so i shoot for the evening and afternoon. I go to cardiac rehab which
involves stretching, the treadmill, and riding a recumbent bike or
stationary bike that keeps tabs on my pulse along with the physiologists
in a medical setting. Exercise is extremely important and do it with
supervision and cardiologists advice. Also, u getting enough fluids??
electrolytes?? diabetic?? As for Mirapex, I took it and experienced
sleep attacks. I retained fluids more than my usual from florineff. For
MYSELF only, I couldn't tolerate the drug. For some it is great!

Do take ur bp daily and tell ur doctor. Fax him/her the pressures and
pulses. Along with the times of ur drugs and amount, along with the
activity u performed, and the food u ate.

Does ur neuro specialize in movement disorders? pd and atypical pd?
