I think this is an excellent document.
One small adjustment:
6. List Archives Parkinsn is configured to archive messages in a searchable database. Parkinsn archives are maintained primarily as a service to current and future subscribers. All messages to Parkinsn are automatically archived on the host computer and include the author's name and e-mail address. It is not technically possible for subscribers to choose to have their messages excluded from the archives.
