Randall,

I would have to know the specifics of your case and how your lawyer has
prepared for the hearing to say what your chances are. Some time ago I saw
some statistics from SSA which I believe indicated that the large majority of
initial applications for Social Security Disability claims are denied, and
the large majority of appeals are won on the first round. You can find more
