Katie,
You weren't looking in the right place.  If  you had called the National
Parkinson Foundation they would have referred you to Gloria  Bock,
Program Coordinator for the Wisconsin Parkinson Association
(800-972-5455).  There are no less than 40 Parkinson's support groups in
Wisconsin including an "Under 55" at West Allis Memorial Hospital.
