after 15 years of living with pd, i think it's about time i "retire" from
work...  i own a personal disability policy (not through my employer)
which defines disability as being unable to perform the "material and
substantial duties" of my position, a phrase that can be interpreted to
mean various things based on whhose interests are at stake..


has anyone
out there had any experien

e with the "material and substantial" phrase
that they can share........
