I had been on Sinemet for 16 years before I had the cell-implant surgery.
(Pig fetal cells, that is.)  And I did NOT have increased dyskinesia after
the procedure.

In fact, I have less dyskinesia now because I have been able to cut the
dosage of Sinemet by half.  8 a day to 3 or 4 a day.
